Shipping Policy

Undercurrent Monthly Mail Club ships once per month via USPS. Each monthly run has a published order deadline and a ship date. Please refer to the mailing schedule for exact dates.

We ship worldwide. International customers please note that customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Orders placed after the published deadline for any given month will roll forward to the following month's run. No exceptions, as production orders are placed immediately after each deadline closes.

Once your mail has been handed off to USPS and tracking confirms it is in transit, delivery is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

If your mail does not arrive within 7 days of your expected delivery date for domestic orders, or within 21 days for international orders, please file a missing mail search at usps.com/help/missing-mail.aspx and contact us so we are aware.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not able to reroute mail once it has shipped, and we are not responsible for mail delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

If you move, update your shipping address with us before the order deadline of your next month's run. Address changes requested after the deadline cannot be guaranteed.
