Return Policy
All sales are final. Because each monthly run is a limited edition production order placed on your behalf, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges once an order is placed. This allows Molly & Gianna to stop counting orders and start making art.
If your mail arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to make it right.
If your mail does not arrive, wait 7 days past your expected delivery date and file a missing mail search at usps.com/help/missing-mail.aspx. Once a package leaves our hands and is confirmed with USPS, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. We are not able to replace limited edition prints lost in transit, but we will help you navigate the process.
